操作过程
0.01mol 3,3'-二氯联苯胺、0.05mol盐酸和0.66mol水加于200ml烧杯中搅拌,冰浴冷却至0~5℃,将0.202mol的亚硝酸钠配成30%的溶液加入其中,进行重氮化反应,并保证溶液呈强酸性,温度低于5℃,亚硝酸钠微过量。加毕继续反应0.5h,加入活性炭脱色10min,过滤得浅棕色得氮液,备偶合用。
0.026mol的乙酰乙酰苯胺或其衍生物加入800ml烧杯中,并加入0.024mol氢氧化钠及0.66mol水搅拌至澄清,在温度10~15℃逐渐加入0.026mol冰醋酸,搅拌得悬浮液,调pH值为6.5~7,备偶合用。
在温度10~15℃加入3,3’-二氯联苯胺重氮盐溶液滴加到乙酰乙酰苯胺或其衍生物的悬浮液中,加料时间约0.5h,然后续搅1h,渗圈控制反应终点,最后加热到90~95℃,并保温1h,冷却,过滤水洗至中性,于60℃以下烘干。

方法1:由3,3'-二氯联苯胺重氮化后,与乙酰乙酰苯胺进行偶合,而后经过滤、干燥等处理过程而制产品。1.重氮化2.偶合产品要求色光与标准品近似,着色力为标准品100±5(分),水分含量≤2%,吸油量50±5%,水溶性盐含量≤1.5%,耐热性180℃,耐晒性5-6级,耐酸性、耐碱性均为1-2级,水渗性、油渗性均为1-2级,乙醇渗性1级,石蜡渗性2级,细度(通过60筛余物含量)≤5%。原料消耗(kg/t)3,3'-二氯联苯胺(100%) 410乙酰乙酰苯胺(100%) 590盐酸(31%) 930亚硝酸钠(工业) 235纯碱(工业) 495冰醋酸 615活性炭 10太古油 55方法2:由邻硝基氯苯出发,在烧碱溶液介质中用锌粉还原,并缩合为2,2'- 二氯二苯肼。再用盐酸处理。转位成3,3'二氯联苯胺盐酸盐。而后将3,3'-二氯联苯胺重氮化,再与邻-乙酰乙酰甲苯胺进行偶合,而得到产品。1.还原缩合2.转位、盐析3.重氮化、偶合
用途:主要用于油墨、橡胶、聚乙烯、取乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯及酚醛、脲醛等塑料的着色,也用于纺织品的涂料印花,还可用于涂料及纸张的着色。该品具有优良的鲜艳度、着色力强,耐晒好,且有较好的透明度和遮盖力,用途广泛。
