体外研究 | 短杆菌肽是一种抗菌肽,作为膜中的通道组装并增加其对阳离子的渗透性。对于大肠杆菌和酿酒酵母的短杆菌素活性较差,如通过一系列短杆菌肽浓度的微生物存活率(%)所示,与短杆菌肽对金黄色葡萄球菌的作用形成对比。杀微生物活性发生在一系列低浓度的短杆菌肽和DODAB浓度下,对酿酒酵母无毒[1]。 |
细胞实验 | 将微生物和分散体混合并相互作用1小时,然后稀释至20,000倍,每次一式三份地接种0.1mL,并孵育(37℃下24小时)用于CFU计数。将作为平均值±标准偏差的细胞存活率(%)对DODAB和/或短杆菌肽浓度作图。作为不存在DODAB或DODAB /短杆菌肽分散体时细胞活力的对照,将标准细菌悬浮液加入到0.264M D-葡萄糖溶液中,稀释并在琼脂平板上铺展[1]。 |
