稳定性 | 本品为二十九肽。由胰岛素A细胞分泌。低血糖时,其分泌正常,血浆半衰期约为3~6min。主要在肝脏灭活,经肾和血液者次之。含锌胰高血糖素的作用时间较长。人体在严重应激时有胰高血糖素的释放,无疑是一种生理性自身保护作用。如大面积烧伤、急性心肌梗塞伴有心原性休克、急性胰腺炎和外科手术后,血浆浓度明显升高。胰岛的A细胞增生或肿瘤也释放大量的胰高血糖素。 |
