8-prenylnaringenin 是一种从啤酒花穗 (Humulus lupulus) 中分离到的异戊烯类黄酮,具有细胞毒性。8-prenylnaringenin 能通过诱导内源性、外源性通路介导的凋亡,对 HCT-116 结肠癌细胞产生抗增殖活性。8-Prenylnaringenin 能通过激活小鼠 Akt 磷酸化途径,促进其从静止诱导的停用性肌肉萎缩中恢复。
