(±)-己酰肉碱氯化物用途(±)-氯化六酰基肉碱是一种脂肪酸代谢产物,可将脂肪酸分解为可供身体使用的能量。(±)-氯化六酰基肉碱也是大鼠骨骼肌毒性的一种特异且易于检测的生物标志物。在对股直肌的代谢组学分析中,赛伐他汀(HY-129458)和TMPD(HY-W012145)诱导大鼠中六酰基肉碱的增加。在2型糖尿病中,六酰基肉碱也与全因死亡率显著相关,并可改善全因死亡率的预测。六酰基肉碱是鉴定新致病途径的生物标志物[1][2]。 |
