Cay10410 (11-Oxo-prosta-5Z; 1 μM; 24 h) 激活 PPRE-LUC 活性，该激活被 B细胞中的 PPARγ DN 抑制[1]。 Cay10410 (0-25 μM; 48 h) 对 Ramos 细胞或正常人 B 细胞均无抑制作用，即使剂量高达 25 μM[1]。
