HBV-IN-29 (ex8; 24 h) 在 HepDES19 细胞中抑制 HBeAg 水平和细胞活力,IC50 值为 1.34 μM。HepDES19 是产生 cccDNA 的细胞系[1]。 HBV-IN-29 (5 days) 以剂量依赖性方式降低 HepDES19 细胞中的 cccDNA 水平[1]。 HBV-IN-29 (9 天; 原代人肝细胞 (PHH)) 具有抗 HBV 作用并抑制 HBeAg,IC50 值为 0.12 μM[1]。
