In Vitro | Isodihydroauroglaucin shows antibacterial activity on the majority of the Gram-positive bacteria tested (except S. pneumonia ATCC 49619), with MIC values ranging from 4 µg/mL to 64 µg/mL; the lowest value was observed against the macrolide-resistant S. pneumoniae Monza-82. Isodihydroauroglaucin shows similar MIC values when tested against Bacillus cereus and Salmonella typhimurium[1]. |
