In Vitro	Glycolate oxidase-IN-1(compound 26)(0-12.5 μM, 48 h)处理小鼠肝细胞，在浓度为 6.25 μM 时，排出的草酸盐水平显着降低 67.3 ± 32%。在 12.5 μM 的浓度下，处理 24 小时和 48 小时后分别减少105.8 ± 29.2% 和 62.3 ± 24.4%，且没有任何细胞毒性[1]。
