Description Desmethylicaritin is a phytoestrogenic molecule, has inducible effect on directional differentiation of embryonic stem cells into cardiomyocytes. Desmethylicaritin also suppresses adipogenesis via Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway[1][2].

In Vitro 去甲基菌素是血清中淫羊藿类黄酮的生物活性代谢产物[1]。 去甲基甘草素 (0.1, 1, 10 μM; 48 h) 以剂量依赖的方式抑制 3T3-L1 细胞的脂肪生成并抑制脂肪生成过程中的克隆扩增[1]。 去甲基孢菌素 (10 μM; 48 h) 不影响 CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白 δ 和 β 的 mRNA 的表达,但降低了 CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白 α、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体 γ、脂肪细胞脂质结合蛋白和脂蛋白脂肪酶的mRNA表达[1]。 去甲基孢菌素 (10 μM; 2、4、6、10 d) 增加了细胞质和细胞核中 β-catenin 的蛋白表达,免疫荧光结果证实去甲基化菌素增加了 β-catenin 的核转运[1]。
