IC50: 13 mM (Na,K-ATPase)[1]

In Vivo In mice, the intravenous LD50 of Chloroprocaine HCl is 97 mg/kg and the subcutaneous LD50 of Chloroprocaine HCl is 950 mg/kg[2].
