(−)-DHMEQ at concentrations greater than 25 µM inhibits the LTβ-induced nuclear translocation of FLAG-RelB WT, whereas the inhibitory effect of (–)-DHMEQ on the nuclear translocation of FLAG-RelB (C144S) became weaker at the same concentrations[1]. |
