Target

Plasmodium falciparum[1]

In Vivo Isochondrodendrine has strong in vitro antiplasmodial activity against the chloroquine resistant strain FMC29 of Plasmodium falciparum. Toxicity observed is 50 to 100 fold greater towards Plasmodium falciparum than cultured L6 cells[1].
