In Vivo BIBP3226 (0.5, 5μg; i.c.v.) induces an anxiogenic-like effect at the higher dose[1]. Animal Model: Male Wistar rats 270-350 g[1] Dosage: 0.5, 5μg Administration: I.c.v Result: At the dose of 5μg caused an anxiogenic-like effect while the lower dose was ineffective.
