Incubation Time: 16 d. Result: Had no effect on cell viability. Western Blot Analysis[1] Cell Line: OCI-Ly1 cells. Concentration: 0.0001, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 0.2, 1, 3, 5 and 10 µM. Incubation Time: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 24, 48, 72 h. Result: Degraded BCL6. |
