In Vitro | SIRT2-IN-10 (Compound 12) (0-50 μM; 72 h) inhibits the proliferation of MCF-7 cells in a concentration-dependent manner[1]. SIRT2-IN-10 (6.25-50 μM; 6 h) increased the acetylation level of α-tubulin in a concentration-dependent manner in MCF-7 cells[1]. Cell Proliferation Assay[1] Cell Line: MCF-7 cells Concentration: 0, 0.6, 1.8, 5.5, 16.6 and 50.0 μM Incubation Time: 72 h Result: Inhibited the proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner. Western Blot Analysis[1] Cell Line: MCF-7 cells Concentration: 6.25, 12.5, 25 and 50 μM Incubation Time: 6 h Result: Dose-dependently increased the acetylation level of α-tubulin. |
