乙二醇丁醚制备

1.由环氧乙烷正丁醇加成而得。将正丁醇在20℃下加入三氟化硼的乙醚溶液中,在搅拌下通入环氧乙烷。随着反应的进行,温度自动上升,待温度下降后,放置三天。用氢氧化钾甲醇溶液中和至pH=8,即得粗品。向粗品中加少许对氨基酚后进行分馏,分集166-170℃馏分,即得成品。工业生产可采用在高温高压(反应温度180-250℃,压力为2.1-4.6MPa)下非催化反应的方法,反应6h。也可采用碱催化剂在近于常压和较低的温度下进行。

精制方法:易含杂质有水、二甘醇一丁醚的聚合物、乙二醇以及微量的酸性物质等。可用分馏或经无水氯化钙、无水硫酸钠干燥后分馏的方法精制。
