[体外研究]

维生素C(L-抗坏血酸),一种已知的胶原沉积增强剂,也被认为是弹性发生的抑制剂[1]。 B16F10细胞的条件培养基显着抑制L-抗坏血酸钠(10mM)诱导的细胞凋亡,培养基中的有效成分显示相对分子质量低于5,000 [2]。

[体内研究]

与没有L-抗坏血酸钠(15.4％)的那些相比,用L-抗坏血酸钠处理的Tg大鼠显示出更高的癌症发病率(29.6％)。与L-抗坏血酸钠处理无关,转基因大鼠在各种器官中表现出各种恶性肿瘤[3]。在PEITC治疗12周后,所有动物均出现单纯性增生和乳头状或结节性(PN)增生,但大多数这些病变在第48周消失,而与L-抗坏血酸钠治疗无关。 PEITC治疗24周后相同的病变进展为发育异常和癌,少数病例在第48周,但L-抗坏血酸钠治疗的增强仅在大鼠单纯性增生和PN增生时明显[4]。 ]。

[动物实验]

将总共40只7周龄雄性Tg大鼠分成2组。对27只（组1）和13只（组2）大鼠分别给予含有或不含5％L-抗坏血酸钠的粉状MF饮食。类似地，将总共42只7周龄雄性非tg大鼠分成2组，30只（第3组）和第12组（第4组）分别给予含有或不含5％L-抗坏血酸钠的饮食。。
