乙烯利上下游产品

乙烯利制备

1.由环氧乙烷与三氯化磷在低温下酯化后,经分子重排、酸解而得。

2.由环氧乙烷和三氯化磷作用成亚磷酸三氯乙基酯,加热异构化,再经酸解制得。或者将亚磷酸二乙酯加热,通氮,加入少许引发剂,通入氯乙烯反应,可制得乙烯利。还可以由乙烯、三氯化磷和空气(或氧气),在低温或高压下反应,经水解得乙烯利。

3.氯乙烯路线
亚磷酸二乙酯加热至90℃,通氮30min。加入少许引发剂,通入氯乙烯,控制加成反应温度,得2-氯乙基亚膦酸二乙酯。然后将加成产物加入浓盐酸水解,于120~130℃,回流24h,制得乙烯利,蒸出部分水分,即得粗品,可配制剂型。

该法原料易得,设备简单,投资少,三废少,操作简便,未反应原料易回收,以三氯化磷计总收率60%。

4.环氧乙烷路线
由三氯化磷与环氧乙烷直接加成,经分子重排、酸解合成乙烯利。加成温度20~25℃,分子比1∶3(环氧乙烷过量),重排反应220~230℃,酸解温度160~170℃。
