4-甲基伞形花序基β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,一种β-D-葡萄糖苷,是β-葡萄糖苷酶的荧光底物,用于测定β-葡萄糖苷酶活性[1]。4-甲基伞形花序基β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷释放高荧光的4-甲基伞形花序基(4-MU),其最大发射波长为445-454 nm。4-MU的激发最大值取决于pH值：在pH值为4.6、7.4和10.4时分别为330、370和385 nm[2]。
