1.葡萄糖是自然界中存在量最大的化合物之一,是光合作用的产物。它以游离的形式存在于植物的浆汁中,尤其是在水果、蜂蜜、血浆、淋巴液中。正常人血液中的葡萄糖含量为0.08%-0.1%,而更大量的存在形式是结合组成蔗糖、淀粉、肝糖、纤维素和苷等。最初葡萄糖是从葡萄汁中分离结晶得到的,并因此而得名。工业生产葡萄糖是通过淀粉水解制得,过去用稀盐酸水解淀粉,现在几乎完全由酶水解代替稀盐酸。
