PPOH用途

PPOH是一种脂肪酸衍生物,是一种选择性环氧合酶(COX)抑制剂,可抑制肾皮质微粒体中的花生四烯酸环氧合酶活性。此外,PPOH作用于CYP4A2和CYP4A3,IC50值分别为22μM和6.5μM[1]。

[体外研究]

PPOH(5μM)在不存在和存在30分钟NADPH预培养的情况下可分别抑制CYP2C9活性63%和90%,而在30分钟预培养中不存在NADPH时可抑制63%[1]。
