Cridanimod(IM; 1-6mg;每周两次)的生存时间明显更长。cridanimod以剂量依赖性方式显着增加cridanimod治疗小鼠的IFNα和-β[1]。动物模型：具有hec50co细胞的无胸腺小鼠[1]剂量：1,3,6mg给药：IM；每周两次。结果：存活时间明显延长。
