间苯氧基苯甲醛制备

工业化主要有两种方法:溴苯甲醛法和间甲苯酚法。溴苯甲醛法成本高、杂质多、产品提纯困难。目前国内均采用间甲苯酚路线,即经醚化先制得间苯氧基甲苯,再经氯化、水解、精制等工序制得最终产品。具体步骤是:(1)醚化 用间甲酚与卤代苯为原料在碱性条件下反应制得间苯氧基甲苯(MPT)。

(2)氯化 将MPT用溶剂法,在引发剂存在下进行氯化制得一氯苄和二氯苄。

(3)水解 氯化后的氯化液水解为MPA,主要有两种水解方法:混酸法 用硫酸和冰醋酸配成65%的混酸。稀硝酸法 用5%-10%的稀硝酸及氧化剂,压力为2-10MPa。

(4)精制 精制提纯MPA目前主要有两种方法,即精馏法和化学法。此外,由3-苯氧基甲苯经催化氧化生成3-苯氧基苯甲酸,再进行电解还原,得到苯氧基苯甲醇,然后用次氯酸钠选择氧化制得3-苯氧基苯甲醛。
