间苯氧基苯甲醛制备

工业化主要有两种方法：溴苯甲醛法和间甲苯酚法。溴苯甲醛法成本高、杂质多、产品提纯困难。目前国内均采用间甲苯酚路线，即经醚化先制得间苯氧基甲苯，再经氯化、水解、精制等工序制得最终产品。具体步骤是：（1）醚化　用间甲酚与卤代苯为原料在碱性条件下反应制得间苯氧基甲苯（MPT）。

（2）氯化　将MPT用溶剂法，在引发剂存在下进行氯化制得一氯苄和二氯苄。

（3）水解　氯化后的氯化液水解为MPA，主要有两种水解方法：混酸法　用硫酸和冰醋酸配成65%的混酸。稀硝酸法　用5%-10%的稀硝酸及氧化剂，压力为2-10MPa。

（4）精制　精制提纯MPA目前主要有两种方法，即精馏法和化学法。此外，由3-苯氧基甲苯经催化氧化生成3-苯氧基苯甲酸，再进行电解还原，得到苯氧基苯甲醇，然后用次氯酸钠选择氧化制得3-苯氧基苯甲醛。
