[体外研究]

(-)-冰片是(+)-冰片的对映体。 (+)-冰片是一种天然双环单萜,用于中药镇痛和麻醉;增强GABA受体活性,EC50为248μM。在高浓度(> 1.5mM)时,(-)-冰片直接激活GABAA受体,产生84％的最大GABA反应,表明弱的部分激动剂作用。 (-)-冰片对α1β2γ2LGABAA受体极低剂量GABA产生的Cl-电导产生剂量依赖性正调节[1]。
