[体外研究]

细胞松弛素H(24-72小时)抑制 A549细胞的增殖,IC50值为 159.5µM[1]细胞松弛素H(0-50µM；48小时)在 A549细胞中诱导细胞凋亡,使细胞周期停滞在 G2/M期,并影响细胞凋亡相关蛋白的表达[1] 细胞松弛素H(1-512μg/mL)对多学科研究肠道致病菌、革兰氏阳性菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有抗菌活性[3] 细胞凋亡分析[1]细胞系：A549细胞浓度：0、6.25、12.5、25和50µM培养时间：48小时结果：以剂量依赖性方式诱导A549细胞凋亡。细胞周期分析[1]细胞系：A549细胞浓度：0、6.25、12.5、25和50µM培养时间：48小时结果：细胞周期停滞在G2/M期和亚G1期峰值。Western Blot分析[1]细胞系：A549细胞浓度：0、6.25、12.5、25和50µM孵育时间：48小时结果：增加Bax、P53和裂解的胱天蛋白酶3的蛋白表达水平,降低Bcl-xL、Bcl-2和全长胱天蛋白酶-3的蛋白表达量。

[体内研究]

细胞松弛素H(2.5 mg/kg；腹腔注射)可以延迟余额/cnu/nu小鼠中 A549异种移植肿瘤的生长[2] 动物模型：雄性Balb/cnu/nu小鼠A549异种移植物[2]剂量：2.5 mg/kg给药：腹腔注射；3次注射/周,持续80天结果：体内肿瘤生长减弱。
