γ-生育酚(D-γ-生育酚)在一些人体组织中被很好的吸收和积累,但它主要代谢为2,7,8-三甲基-2-(β-羧乙基)-6-羟基铬(γ-CEHC),主要在尿液中排出[1]。血浆γ-生育酚(D-γ-生育酚)浓度与心血管疾病和前列腺癌发病率呈负相关[1]。
