甲酸铵制备
1.由甲酸和氨中和而得。将甲酸及水冷冻,搅拌下通氨气使pH值为7-7.5,降温至-5℃,甩滤,得甲酸铵。
2.在90%甲酸溶液中,通入氨气。
通入足量的氨气后,温度升高,所放出的热量,可促使甲酸铵析出。滤出晶体,用无水乙醇重结晶,放在置有99%硫酸的真空保干器中干燥。
3.甲酸甲酯100份,水100份,甲酸0.1份,调节pH值至2.5,在搅拌下加热至70℃,加入氨水20份,保持pH值在2~3,约1h后,70%甲酸甲酯已被水解。进行内蒸,蒸馏头温度为10℃时,未反应的甲酸甲酯及甲醇被蒸出,蒸发器中留下甲酸铵酸性溶液。用氨中和,再蒸发,得到含量为98%的甲酸铵。
