甲酸铵制备

1.由甲酸和氨中和而得。将甲酸及水冷冻，搅拌下通氨气使pH值为7-7.5，降温至-5℃，甩滤，得甲酸铵。

2.在90%甲酸溶液中，通入氨气。

通入足量的氨气后，温度升高，所放出的热量，可促使甲酸铵析出。滤出晶体，用无水乙醇重结晶，放在置有99%硫酸的真空保干器中干燥。

3.甲酸甲酯100份，水100份，甲酸0.1份，调节pH值至2.5，在搅拌下加热至70℃，加入氨水20份，保持pH值在2～3，约1h后，70%甲酸甲酯已被水解。进行内蒸，蒸馏头温度为10℃时，未反应的甲酸甲酯及甲醇被蒸出，蒸发器中留下甲酸铵酸性溶液。用氨中和，再蒸发，得到含量为98%的甲酸铵。
