硬脂酸镁制备
1.硬脂酸钠的制备将4.25份氢氧化钠溶于50份水中,升温至85℃备用。将25份硬脂酸投入反应釜,加热水500份,搅拌下溶解,调节温度为85~90℃。将已制备好的氢氧化钠溶液,在搅拌下徐徐加入到硬脂酸水溶液中,保持温度75~80℃,搅拌下反应至终点。产物硬脂酸钠液保温备用。
2.硬脂酸镁的制备将硫酸镁15份溶解于150份水中,升温至55℃,并缓缓加入到已制备的硬脂酸钠溶液中,在搅拌下进行复分解反应,反应生成的硬脂酸镁以固体析出。反应完成后,静置分出清液,然后经水洗、离心脱水、于80~85℃下干燥,即得成品。
3.将46.6g硬脂酸用164mL的1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中和,得到50g硬脂酸钠在2L水中。将制得的硬脂酸钠溶液加热到80℃,滴加由20g氯化镁溶于100mL水中制得的溶液,不断搅拌后,很快析出白色沉淀。冷却后滤出,用水洗至无氯离子存在,最后用乙醇洗。将10g产品置于放有浓硫酸的真空干燥器中4周,得到产品A[Mg(C18H35O2)2·2H2O]。将剩余的产品溶解在苯中并回流加热20min,将上层的黄色液体层趁热倒出,并蒸发至干,得到的固体物可用苯重结晶,即得到产品B[Mg(C18H35O2)2]。产品A在烘箱中于105℃下烘2h后也转变为无水物产品B。
