有多种工艺路线。其中之一是以邻甲苯胺为原料,首先是溴化生成2,4-二溴-6-甲苯胺,与乙酐反应使氨基乙酰化,生成N,N-二乙酰基-2,4-二溴-6-甲基苯胺,使氨基得以保护,然后再一次溴化生成N,N-二乙酰基-2,4-二溴-6-溴甲基苯胺,与N-甲基环己胺缩合得到N,N-二乙酰基-2,4-二溴-6-(N-甲基)环己胺甲基苯胺(Ⅰ):最后用盐酸水解去乙酰基并成盐得成品。
