称取23.5g(0.25mol)苯酚和70g氢溴酸(相对密度1.49),微热使苯酚溶解,然后用冰盐浴冷却至-10℃。维持温度在10℃以下,缓慢加入80g(0.5mol)溴和40g氢溴酸的混合液(注意通风)。加毕,在0℃维持1h,然后加热至30℃,直至溴颜色褪尽。静置3h,将上层清液倾去,剩下的二溴苯酚用温水洗涤数次,在真空干燥器内干燥,得55g粗品(88%),熔点37~38℃。在低沸点石油醚中重结晶1次,得纯品,熔点40℃。
