[体外研究]

在软体动物中枢神经系统中,Phe-Met-Arg-Phe,酰胺(FMRFa)作用于感觉,运动和神经内分泌神经元中的K +通道。 Phe-Met-Arg-Phe,酰胺激活一种新的K +电流,其特征在于结合电压和受体依赖的门控机制,两种因素都是开放通道所必需的[1]。 Phe-Met-Arg-Phe,酰胺(1μM)显着抑制从分离的灌注胰腺中葡萄糖刺激(300mg/dL)胰岛素释放(p <0.005)和生长抑素释放(p <0.01)。 Phe-Met-Arg-Phe,酰胺(FMRF-NH2)(1和10μM)对胰高血糖素分泌无影响,无论是低葡萄糖(50 mg/dL),高葡萄糖(300 mg/dL)还是精氨酸刺激(5 mM)[2]。

[体内研究]

Phe-Met-Arg-Phe,酰胺(FMRFamide)刺激有意识的OVX大鼠的生长激素分泌。 Phe-Met-Arg-Phe的存在,下丘脑神经元中的酰胺样免疫反应性表明其在垂体前叶功能的下丘脑控制中的作用。注射200 ng(313.8皮摩尔)的FMRFamide(2 uL)可在注射后15分钟产生显着增加的血浆GH。 400-800 ng(627-1255皮摩尔)FMRFamide的GH增加效应在5分钟后已经开发并持续长达30分钟[3]。
