氟化钠制备

1.熔浸法
将萤石、纯碱和石英砂,在高温(800~900℃)下煅烧,然后用水浸取,再经蒸发、结晶、干燥得成品。反应方程式如下:

用纯碱或烧碱中和氢氟酸而得,反应方程式如下:

在中和锅内用母液溶解纯碱,然后加入30%的氢氟酸中和至pH值8~9,且有CO2气体逸出为止,氢氟酸中往往含有氟硅酸杂质,中和后生成氟硅酸钠;在90~95℃:下加热1h,氟硅酸钠即分解:反应方程式如下:

中和过程中pH值不得低于8,不然氟硅酸钠难被碱分解,中和液静置1h,清液经浓缩后冷却析出氟化钠结晶,再经离心分离、干燥、粉碎得成品。

3.氟硅酸钠法
由湿法磷酸和磷肥副产的氟硅酸,按常规方法可制得99.87%的氟硅酸钠。在84~95℃和0.15MPa的条件下反应160~180min、过量5%~8%的碱性溶液(pH值为8~9)中,生成氟化钠。反应方程式如下:

中和液静置澄清后,清液经蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶,分离后用50~60℃的热水洗涤,间接干燥得成品。

4.工业上制备氟化钠由氟硅酸钠作原料。在聚乙烯的烧杯中将45g氟硅酸钠溶于50g水中,加热至80℃,在搅拌下缓缓加入50.7g碳酸钠,接着加入49% NaOH水溶液39g,加热至95℃以上,即有氟化钠沉淀生成,抽滤,用水充分洗涤数遍,干燥。可得58g氟化钠。纯度可达99%。

5.制取高纯度的氟化钠,可使氢氟酸与碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠或氢氧化钠作用。在聚乙烯的烧杯中,加入50g 46%的氢氟酸,加水42g稀释,使浓度为25%。加计算量的NaOH水溶液,氟化钠沉淀立即生成,吸滤,用水充分洗涤。在烘箱中于110℃烘干。为制取极纯品,可用高纯度的氢氟酸与碳酸氢钠中和,至弱酸性即达终点,沉淀在550~650℃下干燥即可。
