1,2-丙二胺制备

由1,2-二氯丙烷与液氨进行氨化制得。将1,2-二氯丙烷和25%的氨水分别加入反应器中，控制温度在150℃左右，压力保持在2.45MPa。氨化反应结书后，将反应液脱氨，加氢氧化钠中和至碱性，经浓缩、脱盐、进行精馏，切取112℃以上馏分为成品，收率65-70%。

原料消耗定额：1,2-二氯丙烷（60%）8000kg/t、液氨（95%）3000kg/t、氢氧化钠（40%）10000kg/t。

精制方法：丙二胺是由1,2-二氯丙烷在乙醇溶液中与氨加热制备的，故常混有其他胺和水等杂质。精制时用金属钠、无水硫酸钙等脱水后进行减压蒸馏。也可以用甲苯进行共沸蒸馏精制。
