糠醇用途
用作合成各种呋喃型树脂的原料、防腐涂料,亦是良好的溶剂
【用途二】
是树脂、清漆、颜料的良好溶剂和火箭燃料,还可用于合成纤维、橡胶、农药及铸造行业
【用途三】
GB 2761--1997规定为允许使用的食品用香料。主要用于配制焦香型香精。
FDA,§175.105:规定为非直接食品添加剂(粘结剂)。
【用途四】
糠醇用于有机合成,经水解制得乙酰丙酸(果酸)是营养药物果糖酸钙的中间体。由糠醇可制得各种性能的呋喃型树脂(如糠醇树脂,呋喃Ⅰ或呋喃Ⅱ型树脂),糠醇-脲醛树脂及酚醛树脂等;由糠醇制得的增塑剂的耐寒性优于丁,辛醇酯类,又是呋喃树脂,清漆,颜料的良好溶剂和火箭燃料。此外还用于合成纤维,橡胶,农药和铸造工业等。该品易燃,有毒。小鼠口服LD50为275mg/kg。

糠醇制备
1.精制方法:用无水硫酸钠或无水碳酸钾干燥后分馏。分馏最好在氮气流下进行。也可以先进行减压蒸馏,除去焦油状物质,再和亚硫酸氢钠水溶液一起摇动,无水硫酸钠干燥后在碳酸钠存在下减压分馏。
2. 糠醇的工业制法是由糠醛加氢制得:
加氢分为液相加氢和气相加氢两种。液相加氢法:糠醛与氢气以1∶ 42( 摩尔比)的比例在Cu-Cr —Ca系催化剂存在下,于190~210℃,5-8MPa下( 或10MPa以上,170℃,采用Cu—Cr催化剂)进行反应,反应结束后,沉降,除去固体催化剂,所得液体为糠醇粗品。气相加氢法:在列管式反应器中,糠醛与氢气以1∶ 42( 摩尔比)在Ni-Cu或Cr-Cu系催化剂存在下,于80~170℃,0.1~0.39MPa下反应制得。所得粗糠醇于80~87kPa下减压精馏以除去焦油状物质,然后用亚硫酸氢钠洗涤,干燥脱水后,再加入碳酸钠进行减压蒸馏,即得纯品呋喃甲醇。
3.歧化法 以糠醛为原料,使糠醛在烧碱存在下发生歧化反应,该法的优点是设备简单,不需要还原剂,缺点是原料利用率低。
