制备

1.将1 mol山梨糖醇投入反应釜中，抽真空升温脱水，脱水完毕后压入熔化的硬脂酸3 mol，氢氧化钠催化剂1 kg。在减压条件下缓慢升温，2 h内升至180℃，然后每1 h升10℃，3 h后升温至210℃，在210℃下保温5 h，再升至220℃，反应1 h，取样测酸值，当酸值到13～15为合格，停止酯化。静置，冷却过夜，除去下层焦化物，上层用适量的双氧水脱色，最后升温至100℃，热压成型，冷却包装即为成品。反应如下：
