上述经乙醚提取后的不溶物,用5kg硅胶层析,氯仿和甲醇洗脱,可得到12gFuranoditerpeneA[熔点180~181℃,[α]D20-142°(C=1.0,丙酮)]和28gFuranoditerpeneB[熔点170~172℃,[α]D20-144°(C=1.0,丙酮)],它们和普劳诺托的活性相同。
