毒理学数据:
1、急性毒性:小鼠LD50: 2,400 mg/kg;大鼠LD50: 3,250 mg/kg
由于食盐的LD50是3,000 mg/kg,BPA的急性毒性程度与食盐同。
2、 亚急性毒性
小鼠试验:NOAEL :2,000ppm (相当于550 mg/kg/日)。5,000ppm以上对肾脏有影响。
大鼠试验:NOAEL:3,000ppm (相当于75 mg/kg/日)。 9,000ppm肝脏相对重量增加,没有其他影响。
3、 慢性毒性/致癌性
小鼠试验:NOAEL:1,000ppm(相当于130 mg/kg/日)。5,000ppm以上抑制体重増加。没有致癌性。
大鼠试验:没有致癌性。安全系数取作1000,不是通常的100。
4、 致畸性
小鼠试验:1,250 mg/kg/日,母体和胎儿的死亡率增加,抑制体重增加。1,000 mg/kg/日以下对母体和胎儿没有影响。
大鼠试验:母体160 mg/kg/日以上抑制体重増加。胎儿640 mg/kg/日以下没有影响。
5、 生殖毒性
大鼠1世代生殖毒性试验:NOAEL:1,000ppm(相当于50 mg/kg/日に)。没有任何影响。
小鼠2世代生殖毒性试验:最低剂量2,500ppm(相当于437 mg/kg/日に),出现异常。肾脏、肝脏重量增加、雄性生殖器重量减少。由于给量过高,无法得出NOAEL。
大鼠3世代生殖毒性试验:NOAEL: 50 mg/kg/日。
6、 吸入毒性:NOAEL:10mg/m3;50mg/m3以上使鼻、喉、支气管粘膜有轻度炎症。
7、 神经毒性:日本厚生劳动省和环境省试验没有异常。
8、 药物代谢(吸收、分布、代谢、排泄):
BPA投入后,很快被消化器官吸收。在肝脏迅速同葡萄糖酸结合,进入血液参与体内循环。血液中的BPA90%以上以葡萄糖酸结合形式存在。水溶性高,迅速被尿排出。在血液中的半衰期是6小时。投入的BPA当日排出94%。
