• 体内研究: 奥司他韦(20 mg/kg/天,口服,每天两次,持续 10天) 可预防 H1N1pdm病毒感染小鼠的死亡[2] 奥司他韦(10 mg/kg/天,口服灌胃,5.天) 联合 金刚烷胺(HY-B0402)(15或30 mg/kg)对小鼠 H5N1流感病毒感染的保护效果优于单一疗法[3] 奥司他韦还可与 利巴韦林(HY-B0434),或 法维匹拉韦(HY-14768),或培拉米韦(HY-17015A)一起用于预防小鼠流感病毒感染[4] [5]
