毒性分级 中毒 急性毒性;口服- 大鼠 LD50: 4000 毫克/ 公斤; 口服- 小鼠 LC50: 3950 毫克/ 公斤;兔经皮LD50:13.6g/kg。 刺激数据:皮肤- 兔子 500 毫克 轻度; 眼- 兔子 20 毫克 重度。 对皮肤的刺激小。长期反复接触可造成皮炎或引起慢性中毒。浓溶液能引起肝、肾障碍,贫血,并有麻醉作用。属低毒类,嗅觉阈浓度29.76mg/m3;工作场所最高容许浓度为238mg/m3。其蒸气对皮肤、眼、鼻、喉和肺部有刺激作用。人吸入高浓度的双丙酮醇时,引起黏膜刺激、胸闷,严重者可造成麻醉。由于血压下降可使肝、肾受到损害,最后可因呼吸中枢抑制而死亡。
