体内研究 托马斯霉素是一种抗噬菌体抗生素,由无色链霉菌变种托马斯霉素在富含酵母抽提物和磷酸盐的乳糖肉汤培养基中培养产生。对大肠杆菌T1、T3噬菌体和枯草芽孢杆菌M-2、SP-10噬菌体具有较强的抗噬菌体活性。番茄霉素对小鼠的LD50(i.p.)估计为3.0 mg/kg。
