In Vitro | HDAC6-IN-11 (0.44-6.68 μM, 48 h) treatment shows anti-proliferative activities against A549 and HCT116 cells[1]. HDAC6-IN-11 (0-20 μM, 48 h) treatment can increase the acetylation status of H3 and tubulin[1].
