Description | Cefminox sodium (MT-141) is a semisynthetic cephamycin, which exhibits a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity[1]. Cefminox sodium (MT-141) also acts as a dual agonist of prostacyclin receptor (IP) and PPARγ, upregulates cAMP production and PTEN expression and inhibits Akt/mTOR signaling. Cefminox sodium (MT-141) also prevents pulmonary arterial hypertension[2]. |
