In Vivo rac-BHFF has anxiolytic-like properties in stress-induced hyperthermia (SIH) in mice[1]. rac-BHFF (3, 10, 30 and 100 mg/kg, p.o.) reverses SIH and high significance was reached for 100 mg kg−1 (P<0.001)[1]. Animal Model: Male NMRI mice (20-25 g)[1]. Dosage: 3, 10, 30 or 100 mg/kg. Administration: P.O.. Result: Significantly increased the LRR effects of a subthreshold dose of baclofen at doses of 3 mg/kg and above.
