In Vitro USP30 is a 517 amino acid protein which is found in the mitochondrial outer membrane. It is the sole deubiquitylating enzyme bearing a mitochondrial addressing signal and has been shown to deubiquitylate a number of mitochondrial proteins[1]. USP30 inhibitor 11 (0.01-30 µΜ; λEx=540 nm; λEm=590 nm) inhibits USP30 biochemical activity with an IC50 of 0.01 µΜ in a USP30 biochemical IC50 assay[1].
