Use of IMM-02IMM-02 is a small molecule agonist of mammalian Diaphanous (mDia)-related formins that disrupts diaphanous inhibitory domain (DID) and diaphanous autoregulatory domain (DAD) interaction with IC50 of 99 nM; sufficiently triggers actin assembly and microtubule stabilization, serum response factor-mediated gene expression, cell-cycle arrest, and apoptosis in vitro; slows tumor growth in a mouse xenograft model of colon cancer. |
