5′-磷酸吡哆胺是维生素B6与磷酸结合的活性形式。5′-磷酸吡哆胺是5′-磷酸酯吡哆醛水合物(HY-W011727A)的胺化形式,是多种酶的辅因子,中枢代谢物、强效抗氧化剂、维生素B6维生素和酶底物。5’-磷酸吡哆醛可以与水合5’-磷酸吡哆醛相互转化[1]。
