Cyclopentolate (DL-Cyclopentolate) hydrochloride 是眼科常用的抗毒蕈碱药物。Cyclopentolate hydrochloride 是一种阿托品样毒蕈碱受体 (muscarinic receptor) 拮抗剂,对睫状肌毒蕈碱受体的 pKB 值为 7.8。

[体内研究]

环戊酯(20 mg/kg)预处理大鼠的存活率为90%[3]。动物模型：80只Sprague-Dawley大鼠(急性、致死性有机磷农药(OP)中毒模型)[3]剂量：20 mg/kg(眼用环戊酸钠)给药：i.p.结果：经眼用环戊酸钠(20 mg/kg)预处理的大鼠存活率为90%。
