[体内研究]

与用蒸馏水灌注膀胱相比,用1-甲基尿酸溶液灌注膀胱显示血清总胆固醇水平,真甘油三酯水平,葡萄糖水平和胰岛素水平增加[1]。

[动物实验]

大鼠[1]将体重为200-300g大鼠的任一性别的Wistar品系的成年白化大鼠用于本研究。将30只白化大鼠分成三组，每组10只。组I用作用蒸馏水灌注的对照组。插管后，用蒸馏水灌注膀胱。第II组用作尿酸灌注组。 III组用作1-甲基尿酸灌注组。除了使用1-甲基尿酸（0.0024 g / 100 mL）水溶液代替蒸馏水灌注膀胱外，对照组的动物以与对照组（第I组）类似的方式进行治疗[1] 。
