本品为人工合成的干扰素诱导物,系由多聚肌苷酸和多聚胞苷酸组成的双股多聚核苷酸。由于干扰素有种属特异性,大量制备供临床应用有困难,故多应用干扰素诱导剂,诱导干扰素。此外聚肌胞尚有免疫佐剂的作用,能刺激网状内皮系统,增强吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,增强抗体的形成,刺激同种移植反应及迟发型过敏反应。有广谱抗病毒作用、抗肿瘤作用。
